Late notice: Waterfall 2006 conference on Project Management

Here's an important conference which unfortunately I missed last year. But no matter - the content is timeless, so no doubt it will be held over and over again with exactly the same presentations.

    This would be funnier if waterfall was not still the dominant development model in the GIS world. Despite the consistent problems with it, I have yet to see any RFPs referencing an agile methodology.
